End user CSV download using Field names not Unique Ref

Hi,
I want end users to be able to download CSV data from a repeating group, which contains several other data types.
At the moment when I download, it has the unique refs, instead of the fields displayed in the RG. (eg. Employee code column contains the employee unique ref, instead of the employee’s code).

Is there a solution to this?
