Hi all,

We’re currently looking at moving our plan to an enterprise plan.

For those already using this, what contract lengths were offered to you? We’re conscious that a 12 month commitment may be too long for us - but do require some of the features unique to the enterprise plan.

We were offered 12 months, with quarterly billing. With one quarter paid in advance.

They can do 6 months reluctantly, but it’s really a long term thing.

What are you looking for on enterprise plan? If it’s server location fair enough, but if it’s something else then there might be other paths for you!

Ah, I see. Do you mean special approval for a “better” price on Enterprise?

As above - server location is most important to us, though combined with the additional factor of wanting to move at speed, which limits our ability to migrate to an alternative database to solve the issue

What sort of database issues are you experiencing with the existing?

No database issues - reference to speed was internal requirement rather than performance issues
