Error when consulting a document

Hi,

I’ve built a workflow to consult and upload a document by the user.
Once saved, there is an error when I’d like to consult the document.

I have proceeded as followed:

1. Field updload a file
2. Button “send proof of payment”. Workflow once clicked: create a new thing (proof payment value’s)
3. Click consult document. Workflow (download file 's URL or Saved to S3, I tried both).

I’ve checked everything (send data, type of content, etc…) and I don’t find what I am doing wrong.

If I upload an image, there no issue but with the pdf I have a failed error.
