Error when updating subscription in stripe

When I’m going through some testing for my stripe subscriptions, and I go to manage my account, I’m getting this error below. Is this because my main stripe account needs activating? in which case, how exactly do I do that? as I thought it was. Or is this the test account for the subscription that needs activating? and if so, how do I do that?

I resolved this, by having to add the test email address as a registered user in my stripe team. Just do a search for team. And add a member and go through the process of activating that email, and then you’ll be able to use this function.
