Exceded email rate limit error


One of our users reported this error when he tried to reset his password (Image below). However, we do not use SendGrid to send out this email. We use the “Reset password” action that Bubble provides. I tried to replicate it but was unsuccessful.

Could you please let me know what might have caused this?

The Bubble email service is Sendgrid. So that’s what’s going on. You should either set up a Sendgrid account and then register your API key in Bubble (think you get 100 emails a day for free with a Sendgrid account). Or set up another email provider of your choice (Postmark is a popular alternative and has better deliverability)
