UNIVERSAL DESIGN’S THEFT AND FRAUD
Hello I am Andrew and I am writing about my experience at Universal Designs which they called their-self a “CAD Company” The main point I am going to go to is that they have a blacklisted member I dont know who it is and I don’t really care but, the founder of universal designs Jake L | Universal Designs#2259 - 532041161880371201 and his other account Jake Luckhurst#0275 - 529272555291279360 is continuously going to every member in the server and asking them to go to his office for a verification just because, there is a blacklisted member in the community. If we don’t turn up to the verification we will get banned for a “Suspicious Account” which happened to me (Evidence Below).
The 2nd point I would like to go to is that there also selling rough solutions and matrix solutions CAD systems (there is evidence at the bottom) and just deleting logos and changing texts. I asked to buy a CAD called elite CAD which I paid for £15.00 and I did not receive the product. They are claiming their are approved re-sellers from Matrix Solutions and Rough Designs if you could please tell me if they’re approved re sellers.
