Favion Not showing in google

Hello

I am having problems updating my favicon for my website. I uploaded the favicon image on my website and asked google to reindex my site but the favicon image is not updating.

I have attached a screen shot of the search results from google. The Bubble Favicon image is showing up.

Please help
