I have a MVP webapp built. I need to turn it into a native app. I had someone working on it, but they’ve just let me down. I built the MVP myself, but I don’t have the time to spend learning how to turn that into a native app.
What I need:
reliable and trustworthy with solid experience of using the native app builder
will actually take the time to understand the app and what it does
good eye for good UI design (I don’t)
examples of previous work
good communication
English speaking
Based on prior experience/scams, payment will only be made at completion. That’s non-negotiable. As is the price. $1000 for the delivered, working and accepted on the app stores product.
I appreciate this is an entry-level price point, but that’s what I have.

You aren’t being scammed just because you haven’t published to the app stores for 1K. If that’s your budget, you’d be better off just making it mobile friendly or adding a wrapper so that it feels more like a mobile app and can be published to the stores. This is especially true for a MVP. Otherwise you’re hoping to get extremely lucky to have it done given your terms.
I didn’t say I was getting ‘scammed’ for not finding anyone to work with me at that price point, if you read my post. You are making (incorrect) assumptions.
