File hosted in the root directory NOT on Starter Plan?!?

Created a new app today and put it on the Starter plan and needed to host a file in the root directory. Uploaded the file without any problems, when i go to test to make sure the custom domain and file is available and working i get the following error.

This Bubble application has a file hosted in the root directory. The application plan does not include this feature. If you are the owner of the application, please upgrade to display the file.

When did this change? I don’t recall seeing anything about this change. I have a number of other apps that are on the same Starter plan level with have files hosted on the root directory without an issues.

What’s going on Bubble?!?

You may need to upgrade to Growth plan to host files in root directory.
