File uploads > 50MB + Video Capture - New Plugin from Zeroqode

Hello @cohereandnow,
Apologies for the late reply due to the weekend.

This is most likely related to the file itself, but unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this issue on our end. Can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide us a link to your application? Please also mention on which page and which scenario should be tested. This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email [email protected]

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

Looking to hear you soon.

Best Regards,
Zeroqode Support Team

I sent it to your team. They said they found the issue and are resolving it. Thanks!

I’m running into an issue when uploading files using the plugin. I’m previewing my app in iOS operating system using BDK’s app. The upload from dropbox button isn’t opening when I click it. Then when I hold it down and manually open the link it takes me to the login page but then when i log in the page closes. I attached a video below.

It works fine in safari and chrome. I only run into this issue when testing in BDK’s app so I’m assuming its an issue with them and I’ve reached out to them but wanted to ask here in case in its an issue with how the plugin operates in iOS…

Hello @cohereandnow,
Thank you for your patience.

We’ve made a new update. Kindly ask you to upgrade your plugin to the latest version (1.50.0) and give it a try.

As for the BDK, we do not guarantee that our plugins will work with third-party app wrappers (like BDK). Apologies for the inconvenience, but some flows in your case is an expected result. Hope for your understanding.

Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team

Thanks. I updated it and I’m still having the same issue. I just noticed that Zerocode offers a native plugin and wrapping service. Do you know if the File uploader plugin works using your native plugin and wrapping service? I tried downloading your app on test flight but it says you guys are accepting new testers right now. Are you still offering this service? If so, how do I download your app on test flight so I can test it out? Thanks!

Hi @cohereandnow,
Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.

If we understand correctly, the issue with the audio files is still occurring. In that case, would it be possible for you to add our Support Team email as a collaborator to your application and provide us with a link to your application? Additionally, please let us know which page and scenario we should test to reproduce the issue. (here or via DM)

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, please follow these steps in the Bubble Editor:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Collaboration
  3. Click on “Add email”
  4. Enter [email protected] as the email address

Please note that you may receive a warning message regarding your plan, but you can disregard this message as we are an agency.

We haven’t tested this plugin specifically, but most of our plugins work on Air Native.

Regarding Test Flight, we have replied to your inquiry in another forum thread, please check it: 🥳 Social Share Buttons - New Plugin from Zeroqode - #41 by ZeroqodeSupport

Thank you, and we look forward to assisting you further.

Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team

This plugin is great and works well but found something I cannot get past.

When a user uploads a photo from Photos on a Mac it does not upload correctly. All other files work fine but this one errors. I cannot work out why or of there is anything I can do to correct this.

Cheers

:man_facepalming: it was a file type issue. Needed to ad ‘.jpeg’ to the list even though ‘.JPG’ was shown in file name.
