FileUploader is very slow when not on wifi

When a user of ours attempts to upload a photo and not on wifi, the photo takes a very long time to upload and often fails. Is there anything we can do to speed up this process, or allow images to queue and upload in the background without stopping the usage of the app?

This is with the multifile uploader provided by Bubble. But it also happens with a single file uploader.

A few error messages:
"Sever responded with 0 code.
