Filter Repeating Group by Time Period

Hi, I’m trying to filter out posts in repeating group if they aren’t in a given time period. If a user selects a dropdown with the time period 24 hours they should only see posts from the last 24 hours. If you have any ideas on how to do so it would be greatly appreciated.
