Filtering TinderPile according to skills

I want to display people on a tinder pile according to their skills.

Workflow:

  1. A client comes to a page where he/she selects a category.
  2. He will then be directed to a page with a tinder pile containing freelancers of the skill that he/she selected.
    Let us say the client selected ‘designing’ he will see all the designers on the tinder pile.

How do I design the database and build a tinder pile that does this job?
