Filters Page for users

Hi I would like to ask you some question in order to make something like this:

A filter page where at the upper part there will be toggle filters and at the bottom of the page you can see a List of existing items and a Drop area where you can either drag n drop them or press the arrow to insert them there. Reorder them also.

My main questions are:

  1. How do I make buttons to belong in a category or a group so in the Bubble Filters to say if this one clicked toggle off let’s say all of this category. i.e. CLEAR all to clear all of them.

  2. How do I expand a shape? So when I press …show more to expand in order to see the full text.
    Any rough guidelines?
