Filters (through checkboxes) help needed

I’m planning on using a panel with filters on one side, however, when the page decreases this would collapse and be replaced behind a button to open the filters. However, how do I get the user’s input on the checkbox to apply to the new group as well.

Essentially, I need two checkboxes to have the exact same function in 2 different locations and for actions on one to directly correlate to the other.

Set their default values as some custom state created on an element. Then when either of their values is changed it can use a workflow to change the value of the state and then reset the group holding the checkmarks back to their default state which will show the updated value for each.

Thank you! I’ll give it a go today

I’m struggling with how to set up the workflows. I’m not sure what I should be doing in there and would I need to repeat it for each filter checkbox.
