I have an app built that I need to adapt to different phone screens, it is possible to adjust the width of bubble based mobile apps to different phone screens, Android and IOS

yes…you can just use “current page width” expression on the conditional section and define the responsiveness setting to that. It helps if you know the new responsive engine
