Floating group is cut off

I cannot seem to figure this one out. I have a side tab that is a floating group that is being cut off. I needed to have top margin so it will below the header floating group.

I can scroll the group that is a normal container group, but I cannot scroll the floating group.

I notice that on my desktop screen that it is not cut off since the screen is bigger but on the laptop it is cut off. So it is a height issue but I cannot seem to solve it.

What is the fix to get it to not be cut off?

Set floating group to float relative to both…I think that’s how it will force scroll bar

Ya that works but now it has that ugly scrolling bar lol.
