When my FG doesn’t behave the way I want it to, I make the FG transparent and put another group inside the FG where I put all my stuff. That usually solves problems.

I do not think it would help in my case. My page is not scrollable on mobile, because I have 2 scrolls one of them relates to FG. If I make it transparent then the scroll would not disappear.
