I have been taking surveys so that I could understand my customer’s thought process for which I have tried taking feedbacks on their visit and also studied a few reviews and have got a bit picture about what the customers have to say but with all these, I believe that I need to take a survey with the specific questions and dive deep to what the customers think for which I want to go for forms and collect the responses in one place to analyze it better.
@alexandra.durroy23 do you mean you wanna conduct effective user interviews with your customers about your SaaS app? Or is that you want to build some sort of SaaS software that helps to build forms?
