Formula in Dynamic Data Text String

I’m working on a backend workflow that, once triggered, updates the American Odds of a sporting event. The new data that I am sending requires two formulas; the first formula works fine as shown in blue. I am unable to input the second formula as seen on the right side of the screenshot, probably because it starts with a number/parentheses. Is there any way to fix this, I’m trying to avoid any unnecessary plugins. Please Help!

Thank you! I understand the arbitrary text & convert to number operator. I can’t work out the parentheses to make the formula follow the correct order of operations.
