Formula to calculate based on repeating group value

Hey Team -

Very early stages of this, but looking to do a quick ROI calculation at the end. In the repeating group on the bottom right of the add_days page, it shows the Total Cost for both Epic and Ikon Pass. I want to add a text field below each that shows the ROI, using the current price of each pass. So, if the ‘Total Cost at Daily Prices’ for Ikon was $30,740 and the current pass price is $1,000, the ROI would be 31x.

Anyone have any good tips to get to this?

PS - i know there’s a lot of work to be done on the UX  – first time so wanted to get functionality down first.

If you already have the values (and this isn’t one of those “whoops I thought the RG was doing the math for me” issues), the ROI is just like you calculated it (big Val/Small Val rounded to 0 decimal places with an X at the end).

What am I missing?

The ROI is based on that number that’s calculated and the cost of buying the Epic or Ikon Pass, which isn’t in there yet.

So the calculation I’m looking to do, for example, is $438 / $949. The $438, which is in the RG, is the cost of total days skiing calculated in the RG, and the $949 is the current cost of an Epic pass. In this case, the result would show poor ROI.
