WHO WE ARE

We are a team of serial entrepreneurs and investors who have joint forces to build and scale roclub (top funded but still in stealth mode). roclub is a Teleoperation Platform for Medical Technology disrupting the way how MedTech is operated:

Health Organizations will be able to ensure the operation of their medical technology anywhere, anytime and for any exam.
Medical Technicians will be able to organize their jobs more flexibly, more independently and from anywhere in the world.
Patients will never again miss an exam or receive it late due to lack of medical technical staff and expertise.

We build an international scalable SaaS platform with strong IoT focus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an experienced and motivated Bubble Developer, you’ll be working closely with the team to build out one of the most complex and mature Bubble applications on the market, readily available and in use by our customer base.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the company’s No code development strategy (e.g., by contributing to the technological roadmap, selecting/ integrating tools, developing best-practices, continuously improving and embedding of third-party tools into our existing App and introducing new features - all of that with a good eye for design).

In this role you will gain interesting insights into the HealthTech market, from strategic and tactical level down to operational level.

Developing complex applications in Bubble, solving complex problems, with high demands on UX/UI
Approaching your tasks in a structured manner, with autonomy, motivation, and commitment

People are impressed with your strong teamwork and communication skills. You’re friendly and kind
You are flexible and love to work from remote
Absolute trustworthiness and discretion are a matter of course for you

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Advanced bubble experience with focus on larger applications, API integrations and extensive use of Backend Workflows, database triggers
Experience with external databases such as Xano, supabase or firebase
Previous experience working on large live Bubble application, as well as bubble certification is preferred
Having technical background, education or coding experience is a plus
You enjoy working agile: hands-on mentality and a pragmatism - working in an enthusiastic team with a sense of ownership and accountability
Very good written and spoken English language skills complete your profile. German language skills are a plus
