Hi Bubbletonians,
I have a question about scheduling an API workflow based on a list.
The images below show my table setup as well as my Option sets.
The image below is the pop-up box I am working with.
When the user clicks the Matrix tab, it shows the repeating group: rptMatrix and when they click the Map tab, it shows the repeating group rptMap.
What I would like to happen, is when the user clicks the Add Map button, Bubble will look at the rptMatrix data list, then add new records to the map table for the following fields:userRole, document, and exposure required for that document. (see example below):

My problem is setting up the Schedule API workflow based on a list. Maybe I am not understanding APIs completly yet, but I can’t figure out how to run it properly.
Hopefuly this makes sense, and some help can be offered.
