Is there any way to integrate a Bubble CAD/MDT system into a game, so for example when a user is attached to call it comes up ingame?
The game uses Lua.

With Bubble, you can utilize API calls to accomplish this.
do you mean like from your CAD/MDT or Fivem server ?
How would I go about doing this?
