Generating a list of unique values from field in all of the "things" that pertain to a particular user

Hi All,

I am looking to a generate a list of unique values, to use for a drop-down filter. I’ve tried a number of things I’ve seen in videos and on the forum but I’m turning up short. I’d like to find all of the Negotiations that pertain to a particular company, and then find all of the “Job Types” that they’ve submitted. I’m seeking a list of all of the unique values. So for example, let’s say a company is negotiating on jobs for engineers, call center reps, and a ceo position, i’d like to have all of those in my “Job Type” drop-down, so I can filter to only negotiations for an individual type. “Engineer”, for example. Here’s a screen shot. Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated!

Hi there, @isaacdbrown1… you say you are coming up short, but coming up short how? What is the dropdown showing? Do you have any constraints on the search in the choices source?

Oh, I just noticed that your Option caption field is empty. I believe that field needs to be set to Current option.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I didn’t get anything in my drop down… but now that you gave me the “current option” tip, they’re all showing up. Thank you so much for the help!
