Hi,

Having problems with the plugin. I am not getting the output URL and the upload action is not uploading.

Please see below, I set up the exact workflow and interface that is in your demo and I am getting no upload file.

The get media element is located on the page.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Joey

Hi, could you please send a url to your app so we can see what is the problem? You can send it in PM

Regards, Andrew

I’m having the same problem. Any solution?

Hi, we pushed an update, make sure your plugin is on the latest version (1.0.2) and try again.

hey, I just bought the plugin and it simple to use. But I found one major issue, the upload event is unreliable for large files, it fails a lot of times. Deploying it for paying users might create a lot of problems for us.
Can you help us by adding a url input in check media duration action so that I can still use native upload feature and use that url to fetch the media duration.

Hi, I’m also having a similar problem. It seems to fail for files larger than 50MB which makes this unusable for me. I whish they had published this limitation before I bought it :frowning:

The plugin page seems abandoned. Any updates?
