Google Cloud Storage images not displaying in Bubble, but visible via direct URL - Why?

I’ve encountered an issue with displaying images in Bubble that are stored in Google Cloud Storage. Here’s the situation:

I used an API to retrieve image URLs from Google Cloud Storage and saved these URLs in my Bubble database.
When I try to display these images by inputting the saved URLs into a Bubble image element, the images do not appear.
Interestingly, when I directly search for these image URLs in Google, the images display correctly.

I’m puzzled by this behavior. The images are accessible via direct URL, but they won’t display in Bubble. What could be causing this discrepancy? Are there any specific settings or considerations I need to be aware of when using Google Cloud Storage URLs in Bubble image elements?

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can provide insights into why this might be happening? Any suggestions for troubleshooting or resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a CORS issue? I had something similar with AWS and editing the cross origin helped. Worth a try.
