Silicon Valley founder starting new company in recruiting space is looking for someone to manage the building of software from the ground up
. Company of 10 people has far more demand than it can handle , core thing now holding back company growth is the buildout of software that delivers an excellent customer experience
. We are currently working with an excellent Bubble dev agency on the project. We want to continue that relationship but also want to build our own expertise in-house over time (1. Product Manager → 2. Product Designers → 3. ultimately Bubble developers).
Company is 6 months old with sufficient traction and direction to provide structure while still being early enough to offer ownership of whole product vision and buildout to the right person. Person would work closely with a tight group of high caliber professionals in the space distributed geographically. Company is distributed globally but largely operates on US hours.
Role: product leader who manages buildout of software in Bubble from current v1 to future vision end to end, including managing external dev shop and ultimately hiring and managing internal designers and engineers. Close partner in all things company-building including operations, product design, company brand, team culture, team building.
Ideal background: high caliber early-mid career strategic generalist. Prior experience in the Bubble ecosystem, ideally enough to be able to get into the code and make at least basic changes without engineering support. Ideally (though not necessarily) some prior Product Management experience. Potentially some Product Design experience.
Comp: Role is part-time / hourly to start. Will hopefully develop into a full time role in the coming months as you prove to be a strong partner.
