Group design with arrow popping out on top right

Any suggestions on how I can get this design. especially the arrow popping out on top right.

Plugin “Air Tooltip”

When I don’t want to use the air tooltip I create a main group that’s transparent and inside put 1 blue group and 1 caret up icon both same color.
Main group’s layout is align to parent, blue group in the middle, icon top right corner, adjust the margins and padding.
