Group Patent IS Empty not showing in conditions

And I have created and attached the Job data type to the Parent group I want to change the Text (header) to a different one if the Job data is Empty. The text filed’s conditions does not show me ParentGroup’s Job Empty

is empty & is not empty are different from is & is not. Just delete the is not and type ‘empty’ you will find it.
