GTM tracking lost when coming from outside site

I’m experiencing an issue with Google Tag Manager (GTM) on my website where the GTM tag is not being read correctly in the GTM preview mode when coming from another domain, even though both domains are using the same GTM container.

The GTM container is read when going directly to the Bubble domain.
