Has tinyurl banned all bubble apps?

I just got an error message for all the apps using the tinyurl plugin.
when tried to shorten directly through tinyurl website i got this message

Please create a support ticket for this, chances are high that TinyURL has banned the domain for all Bubble users because of a few bad actors.
