I’m having trouble with getting the multidrop down function to show up in my workflow. I have BENEFITS that I’m adding and can’t seem to get the multidrop down function to appear. I attached a picture of what I’m trying to do. I’m creating tier pages like Patreon. On the picture, you can see to the right that the multidrop down menu is not highlighted and it says incompatible.
What’s the data type of the benefits field? Looks like the multi dropdowns are text options and perhaps the benefits field is of a different data type.

It had text in the box before I put my text there. I will research the data type for that a little more, thanks.
You need to use ‘add list’ for a multi dropdown -and make sure the datatype you are saving the values to is a list as well
