You would most likly have to use a multiselect dropdown (plugin) or use an repeating group as a mansion grid with a focus group that also has an repeating group with all users displayed, you would then add all selected on a click event to the repeating groupe displayed with the selected users

for searching the repeating group you can use an input and filter the repeating groupe by caontains keyword or just cainst inputs value

You can create your own using a repeating group and custom states then. I would recommend making it in a reusable element.
