Help building availability System! Willing to Pay

Hi, I need to build a submission page for users to submit their availability Monday- Sunday and the availability to be viewed in a full calendar view with each days slots showing. Tying the weekdays to the dates is my issue. Looking for help or someone that would like to build it. Ideally would be simple for user to put in their available times and then its auto generates slots in 30 or 60 min intervals that can be viewed by anyone.
