Help for creating an app to help students (socially)

Hello all,
I am really new to all of this and want to set up an app in order to help students during the quarantine. However, because I have a lack of knowledge, starting to build this on my own would require so much time. To be honest, I also need a helping hand. I cannot do these things on my own. I was wondering whether there are some students or experts willing to cooperate with me in order to make the students heard and keep their motivation up?
