Help me translate dynamic content of my app

Hi, all! I hope you all are doing great! I would like to know if there’s any way to translate the dynamic content of my app? For static content, I can use conditions like when current user’s location is Italy, translate this text to Italian.

But how do I deal with option sets, and the content I am fetching from my database ?

I had already used them, I would have to use their paid plan which is not something I am looking for.
