Help, modify a field from a dropdown

Hi, I need you to resolve my problem. in my website eachperson is a data entry with two name and city, So I have a dropdown where you can choose the name (already inside the data), and an input where you can add one or several city to this name (because from de beginning all the name are on the data but not the corresponding city). So I don’t know how to do that if anyone could help me.
