HELP - Uploaded filename too large - will not delete

Some plugin uploaded to my file-manager which a mega long name, now i can not delete this file anymore and it has bugged down my editor…

I have tried via a workflow delete an uploaded file, but the url is too long, cant copy

I have tried resetting a history backup, but data remains

Help me!

Oh lordy, they saved the filename as base 64
