Help with Canvas Tabs widgets

Hi, I dont know a lot about bubble and I’m trying to learn with the “Canvas Template”.
But I have a problem. I’ve been like 3 hours trying to display my own content in their TABS WIDGET without any result.

I’ve read all their documentation but still don’t know what to do.
Could some of you do a short video explaining how to display your own content inside that tabs?
I will apreciate it a lot
