I am building a KPI dashboard app, to make the UX as smooth as possible I create a page where I would like user to upload all their inputs on a monthly basis. I am attaching a screenshot of the page, I am in trouble, as I am finding challenging connecting the date picker to the data displayed. I would like the user to select a period (MM/YYYY) and in the data inputs the data would display the information in the database for that specific period.
