Help with getting a receipt for my monthly charge

I need help verifying that my account is canceled and getting an invoice for my plan. I tried the two-week trial and thought I canceled it as I figured it was not what I wanted. I was charged and told no refunds could be given. So, I now need to make sure my account is canceled and know how to get a receipt for the month I was charged.
