# Help with implementing a dynamic radio button

Hello,  
I want your help. First, I would like to emphasize that I want to implement the idea using option sets only (without data types).  
The goal is to define radio buttons when the display and calculation options are defined in the following option sets:

Where each of the options is a radio button.  
This is the form I am trying to realize, unfortunately without success:

Type of choices should be the option set. In my case it is `fulfillment` for example:
