Help with option picker

Hi,
i m new to Bubble and creating my first name and got stuck in an embarrassing issue.

i have 2 tables, Users and Mentee, in the User table, i created an addtional field name Full Name.

now i m trying to a form to add a new Mentee and option picker to list all the User’s Full name from the User table , i have tried everything but my list is always empty

I had the same issue when i started out.
Make sure that your privacy rules allow to have user full names visible
