I’m working with the eat template and they have some data types in the DB that don’t have responding tables in the database. There is some functionality that use these values so I want to understand where they came from so I can edit them to my project needs.

That is an option set. They wont be displayed on the left like the other tables. You can find the details about it under the option sets tab.
