Hi everyone,
We’re WeGetDesign, a Cardiff-based software development company and the UK’s first Gold-certified Bubble agency. We’ve delivered 300+ apps across financial services, health & safety compliance, public sector, and property tech — and we’re looking to grow our Bubble team.
We’re hiring 2–3 experienced Senior Bubble developers over the next month to work across our existing client portfolio. These are hands-on roles working alongside our internal team on live platforms that real businesses depend on daily.
What we need:
-
Strong maintenance and optimisation skills — you’ll be working with established apps, not just greenfield builds
-
Solid understanding of backend workflows and scheduling
-
Experience with complex integrations (APIs, webhooks, third-party services)
-
Ability to collaborate within a team — we work with multiple developers on shared projects
-
Plugin development will be handled internally, so you’ll need to be comfortable working alongside custom plugin builds
-
Open to applicants worldwide, provided you can work during UK business hours
What you get:
-
Ongoing work with an established agency — this isn’t a one-off gig
-
Existing clientele across regulated sectors with interesting, meaningful projects
-
A collaborative team environment with clear project management and communication

I have a question about your cookie banner…
when I click essential only, it doesn’t seem like you’re honoring that, according to the developer logs
Hi Omar, just sent my application via email with all the requested details. Really excited about the opportunity to contribute to your team, I’d love to connect and discuss further.
Good spot, shouldn’t be the case. But of the reasons likely why we need more good devs
I see a lot of apps fake the cookie banner.
I think it’s best to just say something like: we use cookies to make your experience better. And then just accept. If they don’t accept, the banner stays there and no clicks work.
Most users honestly don’t even understand cookies. A generic message saves you from legal nonsense in the future

Pro tip for anyone applying ^
Follow the instructions in the application. People hiring for Bubble are getting dozens or even hundreds of applications.
- Don’t message elsewhere to apply, it’ll be ignored
- Don’t ask ‘how to apply’ when two seconds of reading shows you how
- Don’t just cold email ‘I’m Bubble dev with 5 years experience, let’s connect for a call’. There’s an application, you can apply if you want, we don’t have time for a call with every interested applicant.
All show a complete lack of commercial awareness so you won’t get hired
