ProLine is CRM platform built specifically for roofing contractors. We are the operating system for their business and the core piece of software around which the rest of their tech stack is built. We are currently growing at 4x year on year and have a company team size around 50.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to play a critical role in shaping our product’s technical direction. This role involves taking ownership of complex features, collaborating closely with product managers, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable solutions.
Must Have:
● At least 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
● Strong expertise in our tech stack.
● Proven ability to take ownership of complex features from design through to deployment, working closely with product managers and customers to refine requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Feature Development and Ownership: Take the lead on developing major product features, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and scalability. Work closely with product managers to translate feature requirements into technical tasks and guide the implementation process.
● Development Quality and Best Practices: Ensure the team follows best practices in development, testing, and deployment. Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of quality.
● Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work alongside product managers to understand the product vision and ensure that the technical implementation aligns with business goals. Participate in planning and provide technical insight to help shape the product roadmap.
Location:
● Location: Must be able to work across US time zones, but can be located anywhere in north or south America.
Remuneration: Negotiable and dependant if W2, but circa 110-150k Salary + options package.
