This custom solution has significantly improved our sales operations and caught the attention of other departments within the company, including finance, administration, and legal. Encouraged by this success, we’ve initiated several beta projects to enhance their operations as well. As we continue to expand rapidly, we’re in search of an enthusiastic Junior/Mid-Level Bubble.io Developer to join our team and play a key role in our ongoing and future projects.
Role Overview:
As a Junior/Mid-Level Bubble.io Developer at Bosque Real, you will be instrumental in evolving our internal application. A cornerstone for our appointment setting, customer relationship management (CRM), analytics, and cash flow forecasting. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the backbone of our business operations, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
You will work within a dynamic team environment, collaborating closely with senior developers, project managers, and salesmen to refine and expand the application’s capabilities. Your work will directly impact our ability to serve our clients effectively, manage our relationships, and make informed business decisions. Through your contributions, you will help us streamline operations, improve user engagement, and forecast financial health with greater precision.
Your responsibilities will include developing new features, optimizing existing workflows, integrating third-party APIs, and ensuring the application’s reliability and user-friendliness. This position offers a blend of development, innovation, and problem-solving, with ample room for growth and learning in the no-code development space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications on Bubble.io, working closely with senior developers and project managers.
- Participate in the design process, contributing ideas for new features and improvements based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Implement UI/UX designs into functional applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Learn and apply new Bubble.io features and plugins, under the mentorship of senior developers, to enhance application functionality and performance.
- Conduct basic testing and debugging of applications, collaborating with the team to resolve any issues promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and review processes, offering insights and suggestions for project advancements.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest no-code development trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- A portfolio of Bubble.io projects or other no-code developments, showcasing your skills and creativity
- Full Spanish-language proficiency
- A foundational understanding of web development principles and a keen interest in no-code platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or a willingness to learn.
- Exposure to UX/UI design principles and tools.
