How a profile page would create when user signs up?

I am Shiraz.I am cloning Instagram But now I am in a problem.It like when the user signs up so how would his/her profile page would be created?Just like in not real twitter …

Add a condition to the image element: when current page user’s profile picture is empty > change image source. You can upload a static image for anyone who doesn’t have one.
