How do i make search system with multiple dropdown selections

basically, i have 3 dropdown elements. what i want is that when the search button is clicked, you’re transfered to a different page, and there will be a repeating group, and it will only show stuff depending on the what you chose in those three dropdown elements. i’ve got most of it set up, but i don’t know how to make it work
